We have classes Monday-Friday at 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, except Wednesday we do not offer 5pm or 6pm classes.
Saturday is open gym 8am-10am.
Please sign up for classes by 7pm the day before so that I can plan out my next day’s schedule before I leave work. If you can’t make it to the class you signed up for, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, or text 573-243-XFIT (9348).

Laura Meece: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 6pm. (no Wednesday 6pm class!)
