This is the date for our 3rd anniversary dinner. The party will be at Wings Etc. in Jackson at 6:00 pm. Come, bring a friend, bring your family, enjoy dinner and drinks on us. You are the reason we can celebrate being in business for three years. This is my opportunity to say thanks! Sign-up sheet will be in the gym so we can plan enough food.

Shoulder Press – 1 rep max
Deadlift – 1 rep max
