Wods for the week 1-26-14 to 2-1-14

Don’t forget to sign up for the anniversary dinner while you are at the gym this week. The party is on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 6:00 at Wings Etc. in Jackson. Bring your family to enjoy dinner on us. Thanks for another year for our business! We couldn’t be here for you, without you.

Until further notice there will be no 5 pm class on Wednesdays. Renee has to work later on Wednesdays than other days and can’t be here until 5:30. Brian comes in at 6 pm, so if you can wait until then a class will be available on Wednesday evenings, just not at 5:00. I’m sorry if this is an inconvenience, but I have no other trainer available at that time.
