WODs for the week 10-21-19 to 10-26-19

I learned so much this weekend on how to improve our snatches and clean and jerks. There are a whole lot of skill transfer exercises that should help. Guess what we might be warming up with? Maybe not every day, but maybe we will every day.

Anyone that needs to do 20.2 May do so on Monday. Anyone that is crazy enough to want to repeat it, may do that too. Our regular wod will be a 20:00 AMRAP so you can choose either one.
