WODs for the week 11-11-19 to 11-16-19

We have one more day of the Open for 2020. I am so glad to be finished! I really do look forward to the Open every year. The competition and camaraderie and mutual suffering is always a bonding experience. But I always look forward to it being over almost as much. For those of you that are not done, or for anyone who wants to do this one over, you have tomorrow. For this reason, I am postponing our Veteran’s Day WOD until Tuesday. That way no one misses out on that fun little WOD. I am bringing that one back from 2015 to enjoy again.

WEDNESDAY 11-13-19
Strength WOD: Deadlift
then:

THURSDAY 11-14-19
Strength WOD: Bench Press
then:
