Wods for the week 11-24-14 to 11-29-14

Don’t get used to this early posting, it may never happen again! We will have regular hours this week except for Thursday which is Thanksgiving Day. Be sure you sign up for every class you intend to be in. If people are signed up and cancel, you cannot count on a trainer being there for you if you didn’t sign up for yourself!

YOGA returns this week after Open Gym! Each Nearly Perfect CrossFitter may attend for $8 each session. The next 2 weeks in December will also be YOGA classes after Open Gym. Check it out and see if it is something you would like to continue on a regular basis.
