Wods for the week 12-1-14 to 12-6-14

December is here! I’ve been thinking about when to schedule our Christmas party at the gym. Saturday December 20th seems to be a good date. If we start at 6:00 pm we will have plenty of time to eat, visit and play games. Bring food to share and bring your families to help share it.

Our 12 Days of Christmas WOD might be after Christmas. The actual 12 days of Christmas starts on December 25th and ends on the day of epiphany, January 6th. So anywhere in that time should work. Something to look forward to, for sure!

MONDAY  12-1-14
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 Squat Cleans (95, 65)
10 Dips

TUESDAY 12-2-14
"Jenny"
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
20 Overhead Squats (45)
20 Back Squats (45)
400 meter Run

WEDNESDAY 12-3-14
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
Burpees with a 6" jump

THURSDAY 12-4-14
"Monkey WOD"
5 Rounds for time:
5 Ravine Jumps (6', 4')
5 Skin the Cats (forward and back)
50' Bear Crawl ("monkey" crawl)

FRIDAY 12-5-14
For time:
50 Wall Balls (20, 14)
40 Box Jumps (24, 20)
30 Burpees
20 KB Swings (53, 35)
10 Handstand Push-ups
20 KB Swings (53, 35)
30 Burpees 
40 Box Jumps (24, 20)
50 Wall Balls (20, 14)

SATURDAY 12-6-14
Open Gym from 8:00 to 10:00
Yoga from 10:00 to 11:00.
The price for yoga is $8 for gym members and $10 for others.
