Wods for the week 12-23-13 to 12-28-13

Merry Christmas! We had a very nice party last night at the gym. We had fun food, played charades and guesstures. We sang a few Christmas carols after we acted them out and practiced The 12 Days of Christmas while we did planks. How can anyone be glad they missed a party like that?

MONDAY 12-23-13

12-Hammers Pounding
11-Kipping Pull-ups
10-Burpee Box Jumps
9-Double Unders
8-Front Squats
7-Russian Lunges
6-Super Sit-ups
5-Dips on Rings
4-Wall Balls
3-Good Mornings
2-Turkish Get-ups
1-Sumo Deadlift High Pull
We will do this from 12 down, then 11 down, 10 down…

THURSDAY 12-26-13
For time:
100 Double Unders
Then 5 Rounds of:
10 Dumbbell Deadlift (50, 40)
10 Dumbbell Front Squat (50, 40)
10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press (50, 40) then:
100 Double Unders

FRIDAY 12-27-13
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 Burpees
10 Pull-ups

SATURDAY 12-28-13
Open Gym 8-10 am
