Wods for the week 2-10-14 to 2-15-14

We had pretty good class attendance despite all the snow days last week! I think some of us are a little tired of rowing and will be pleased to get outside and run again, when the arctic weather passes on through.

Be sure to sign up for the anniversary dinner at Wings Etc. on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 6:00. I want to be sure to have enough food for everyone!

60 Jumping Back Squat (50, 35)
800 meter Row

THURSDAY 2-13-14

25 Push-ups
2 Rope Climbs

20 Power Snatch (115, 75)
