Wods for the week 5-20-13 to 5-25-13

Brian, David, Lydia and I have learned so much today at Kelly Starret’s mobility cert. I promise to teach you a little of what I learned each day rather than everything all at once. There are several things I learned that we need to correct. We will work on all of it.

MONDAY 5-20-13
“Cindy”
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

TUESDAY 5-21-13
Death by Dips
In the first minute do one dip. In the second minute do two dips. Continue to add one rep in each minute until you can’t complete the required reps in the minute. Then count your score as completed minute plus reps left over.

WEDNESDAY 5-22-13
3 Rounds for time:
500 Meter Row
20 Back Squats (135, 95)
20 Dumbbell Push Press (50, 30)

THURSDAY 5-23-13
5 Rounds for time:
20 Med Ball Cleans (20)
20 Evil Wheels
20 Renegade Push-ups (dumbbells)

FRIDAY 5-24-13
400 Meters Walking Lunges

SATURDAY 5-25-13
If you want to work out, sign up, and Dylan will be here for open gym from 8-10. Otherwise we will be closed for Memorial Day weekend. (Sat, only if no one signs up, Sun, Mon). Be ready for a Hero wod on Tuesday when we come back!
