WODs for the week 5-27-19 to 6-1-19

Remember, the gym will be closed for Memorial Day weekend. Don’t fret, however, we will do “Murph” on Tuesday in all the classes. You will have the option of doing 1/4 “Murph” (10-15 minutes), 1/2 “Murph” (30-40 minutes), or the “whole shebang” which usually take a little over an hour. Plan accordingly for the skill, endurance and time you will have to have to complete your choice.

We have 7 people who have said they were interested in participating in the Snap Fitness Games on Saturday June 1st. We need at least 2 more people to make 3 teams. It should be fun and fairly easy for us. It is also local, in Cape, and only costs $10/person. We have to decide who is going to be on each team and you will need a team name. Ugh, I’m terrible at picking names, just ask Nathan. Two more of you, or five more, let me know you want to play, then you can pick your own names!

THURSDAY 5-30-19
Lydia's B-day WOD: (5-25-1993)

25 Handstand Hand Lifts*
19 second hold at the top of Ring Dip
9 DB Snatch (35,25) use 2 DBs
3 Burpee Box Overs (24,20)
* may do 26 Hand Lifts if you want, her B-day is 25, but she is 26 now
