WODs for the week 6-10-19 to 6-15-19

We have two more birthdays to celebrate this week. I hope we don’t have to cut them down to finish them, but that is always an option. If you hadn’t noticed, when I let people pick out their workout with movements they like, they like some terrible things!

We also have a few days that are not supposed to rain. And it is supposed to cooler than usual. You know what that means? Yep, our “Mercato” 5K! At least it won’t be the hottest day of the year. I’m thinking of your comfort. You’re welcome.

MONDAY 6-10-19

WEDNESDAY 6-12-19
Strength WOD: Deadlift

20 Power Cleans (50% of work weight)
15 Front Squats
10 Push Press
5 Squat Clean Thrusters

THURSDAY 6-13-19
Strength WOD: Bench Press
then:

21 Double Unders
18 KB Swings (53,35)
15 Sit-ups
12 Goblet Squats
9 Push-ups
6 Burpees

FRIDAY 6-14-19

3 Rope Climbs
21 Push-ups (feet elevated)

SATURDAY 6-15-19
Open Gym from 8 to 10 am
CrossFit Kids from 8:30 to 9:30 am
