MONDAY 6-3-13

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

10 KB Swings (53, 35)
10 Box Jumps (24, 20)

TUESDAY 6-4-13
3 Rounds for time:
400 meter Run
15 sec hang from the pull-up bar
5 Lefthand Turkish Get-ups (45, 30)
15 sec hang
5 Righthand Turkish Get-ups
30 sec plank

WEDNESDAY 6-5-13
Every 5 minutes for 6 rounds:
Sprint 200 meters for time
Run 400 meters
Rest for any of the 5 minutes that are left

THURSDAY 6-6-13
3 Rounds for time:
20 Double Unders
20 Toes to Bar
20 Shoulder to Overhead (95, 65)
100′ Walking Lunges (95, 65) in the Front Rack Position

FRIDAY 6-7-13
4 Rounds for time:
25 Wall Ball Shots (20, 14)
25 Pull-ups
25 Pistols-alternating legs
25 1-armed Snatch, alternating arms (50, 40)

SATURDAY 6-8-13
