Wods for the week 7-13-15 to 7-18-15

TUESDAY 7-14-15
For time:

Wall Balls (20, 14)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75, 55)
Box Jumps (20, 18)
Push Press (75, 55)

WEDNESDAY 7-15-15
Strength WOD: Power Cleans 3 reps x 5 sets
then:
3 Rounds for time:
400 Meter Run
21 Dumbbell Thrusters (35, 25)

THURSDAY 7-16-15
5 Rounds for time:
5 Ring Push-ups
21 Double Unders
200' BW Sled Push/Pull*
*push there and back then pull there and back
if you do this with a partner do both people's body weight

FRIDAY 7-17-15
Strength WOD: Back Squat 5 reps x 3 sets
then:
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
5 Tire Flips
10 Strict Press (95, 65)

SATURDAY 7-18-15
Open Gym from 8-10 am
