WODs for the week 8-19-19 to 8-23-19

This week we will NOT have Open Gym on Saturday 8-24-19. Several of us will be competing in the Rivertown Throwdown at Healthpoint CrossFit in Cape. If you would normally come on Saturday, meet us in Cape and cheer us on! I have seen three of the wods and we may need some encouragement! You can find the wods posted on the Facebook page of Rivertown Throwdown 2019. We will be doing wods this week that hopefully get us ready for those competition wods.

Strength WOD: Pause 1-1/4 Front Squats
then:

15 Med Ball Sit-ups (20,14)
1:00 Plank

WEDNESDAY 8-21-19
3 Rounds for time:
10 Overhead Squats (75,55)
50' Front Rack Walking Lunges
10 Overhead Squats
50' Overhead Carry

THURSDAY 8-22-19
Strength WOD: Bench Press
then:
AMRAP in 15:00
200 meter Run
15 Deadlifts (BW)

FRIDAY 8-23-19
AMRAP in 20:00
30 Russian Lunges (35,25)
30 Double Unders

SATURDAY 8-24-19
Gym Closed
