50′ Sandbag Carry
50′ Waiters Walk
10 Wall Balls through pull-up bar

SATURDAY 8-31-13
Open Gym from 8-10 with Dylan

The gym will be closed on Monday for Labor Day. Enjoy your weekend. Do something physical outside with your family.
