WODs for the week 9-23-19 to 9-28-19

The WODs are already on the boards at the gym. Let’s see if I can make the website WODs match the ones I have put up already. Sometimes I think you don’t really look at the website. Then so many of you tell me that what’s written on the white board is not what I put on the website. I’m not trying to trick you!

We have two birthday wods this week for birthdays that have already passed. Neither of them should be as bad as last week’s wod for Laura! Don’t forget to let us share in your birthday celebrations. Tell me what you like to do and we can make it into a fun wod. If you are miserable about turning that number, we can make everyone else feel the same. I think this is a nice cultural event to share together in our gym. The other cultural event coming up is the Open. Sign up for it! The first wod will be announced Oct 10th at 7:00 pm.
