Wods for the week 9/8/14 to 9/13/14

I’m writing this post early this week so everyone can get the message about our Ribbon Cutting on Monday September 8 at 4:45-5:15. If the 4:00 people stay a little after class, the 5:00 people come a little early and all the other classes come in extra, we will have a big group to celebrate our new CrossFit status! (I’ll make Monday a short wod, but sometimes that’s worse!)

We also have 3 baby girl additions to our family to celebrate. So this will be “Girl Week”. Enjoy!

MONDAY 9/8/14
“Fight Gone Bad” (it’s short)
3 Rounds for Reps:
1 minute of Wall Balls (20, 14)
1 minute of Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75, 55)
1 minute of Box Jumps (24, 20)
1 minute of Push Press (75, 55)
1 minute of Rowing for Calories
1 minute of Rest

TUESDAY 9/9/14
“3 Baby Girls”
5 Rounds for time of:
16 Burpees (Hazel born 8-16)
17 Wall Ball Sit-ups (Amelia born 3-17)
18 Wall Ball Push-ups (Avery born 5-18)
8 Jumping Jacks (all 8 lbs, yea, Girls!)

WEDNESDAY 9/10/14
“Annie” for time:

Double Unders
Sit-ups

THURSDAY 9/11/14
“Diane” for time:

Deadlift (225, 155)
Handstand Push-ups
