Another Bonus WOD! Try to keep as much as possible to your regular days of workouts. If you usually do all 5 days in a week try to keep that up. If you usually do 3 days a week but feel you  might need a little extra, choose a wod you missed or take advantage of the bonus wods.

“Death By”:

Do 1 Burpee the first minute, 2 Burpees the second minute… and keep going until you cannot finish the number of Burpees required in the minute. Your score is the last minute you completed and the extra reps you got in the minute you couldn’t finish. Remember when you just barely get one minute finished, you have one more minute of work to do.
