I’m so sorry to have to notify all of you that the gym is going to remain closed for a while. Now that we have an order from our governor to stay in place, which I hope most of you are already doing, we are not going to start meeting together. I am thinking that we will be doing at-home wods all through April. As the confirmed cases of Covid-19 are continuing to rise in our area, we do not want to be part of the cause.

Is there anything I can do to make your workouts more positive in any way? Can I be a help in motivating you to keep working out? Do we need to have classes by Zoom? You can video your workouts and I can live coach you. I don’t know what I can do to help, but I’m willing to try anything to make you feel like you are getting value for your training fees. Without you, I don’t have a gym. Without your training fees, I can’t pay the rent. We will get through this, but we need each other. I would like to know that you are alive, still working out, and doing wods at least as many times as you would have come into the gym. Don’t let staying at home for your health derail your fitness. You need that to stay healthy!

I want to thank those of you that have paid your April training fees already. And thanks for so many of you paying with cash app! So far so good. For those of you that have had training fees held the past 1-3 months, that hold is now over. I really need everyone to pay their fees and then I want everyone working out with us. If there are any problems with doing this please contact me privately and I will see what we can work out together. Know that I have your best interests in mind as I program wods, as I do the 3/week that I usually do, and as I check up on each of you when you aren’t posting anything. I miss all of you! Keep working and stay in touch more than ever!
