I promised to post the recipe I made up for Paleo Granola. I made a few mistakes when I made it the first time, so hopefully my corrections will help you make it right the first time.

1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Pecans
1 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Pepitas
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/8 Cup Flax Seeds
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Melt coconut oil and stir in honey and cinnamon.
Put all other ingredients in a food processor and process to desired size.
Empty chopped nuts onto 13x9 baking dish and pour oil mixture over all, mixing well.
Place in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
Stir once or twice while baking.
* I baked mine for 25 minutes because it didn't look browned. As it cools and starts to stick together, it is still hot and got browner. I think it got over toasted. My family says it got burnt, so take it out earlier than 25 minutes.
Crumble when cool and store in airtight container.
Substitute or add additional nuts and seeds as you have on hand or prefer.
