Monday - 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Tuesday - 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 6pm
Wednesday - 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm
Thursday - 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Friday - 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday - Open Gym 8am-10am
If you'd like to sign up with a specific trainer, here are their schedules.
Laura Meece: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm (on Monday and Wednesday) 5pm, 6pm Monday thru Friday (no Wednesday 5pm or 6pm class!)
Laura A. Meece: 4pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Yoga/Mobility Classes: Tuesday 5pm, Saturday 9am
Nathan Meece: Open Gym Saturday 8am and 9am
