There is a schedule posted in the gym of all the different trainers who will be filling in for me in June. There are copies to take with you on top of the cubbies. Please sign up for classes and notify the trainer for your class if something comes up and you can’t make it. If you will sign up for the entire week, instead of one day at a time, it will be easier for the trainers to plan ahead, how to run the class or whether to come. The trainer for one class will not be the same one for the next hour. If you think you can just show up and someone will already be there, you might be unpleasantly surprised. The movements are all easy to execute so you won’t have to learn anything hard. Have fun with them!
