    Ok, this is only my third workout this week. I’m going for four next week, unless Easter brings me down! My time was 24:50. I used a big jar of Ragu for my Turkish get-ups, 10# plate for Russian lunges and pushups on the wall. I’m confident in stating that my sugar and alcohol consumption is affecting my workout! Don’t be like Barbie, eat nutritiously!
