Thanks to the CrosssFit Games there are a few wods left over for the last few days of this week. It was an awesome few days to be at the games in Madison, Wisconsin and see some famous people in CrossFit. Thank you to those of you that opened the doors and let people in to work out with you, David, Val and Chris C.! The gym would have been very quiet without you. I appreciate all you did.

Don’t forget about our pool party on Saturday at my house. There will be no Open Gym this Saturday from 8-10 because we will all be here at my house from 10-afternoon sometime. Please bring your families with you and a dish to share that goes with burgers and brats. If you are in need of a workout that day and you won’t be satisfied with whatever we come up with to do in the pool, check out the 5K race that Melanie’s Zonta Club is hosting that morning. It starts at 8am and you will be done in time to come to our pool and cool off. The point is to enjoy the day.
