This week we are finishing up with modifications of wods from the games. I can’t think of any more of them that we want to do or are even able to do. And we have a birthday wod to enjoy. It’s mine! And it’s more normal than some have been in the past. We will celebrate it the day after my birthday, which is also the day after the election. Can’t think of a better time to celebrate!

THURSDAY 11-5-20
5 Sets for max weight:
Bear Complex*
*Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press
All of these movements must be done to equal one Complex. Seven complexes must be done without putting the weight down with the exception of a touch and go before the Power Clean.
