I feel a little chill in the air, now that it’s almost THANKSGIVING! It might become Fall after all. The schedule is always a little different during Thanksgiving week. The gym will have normal hours (5am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm) except for Wednesday (morning classes only) and Thursday (closed all day). Friday will be regular hours this year, but please let me know early if you want to come. Don’t decide late in the evening on Thursday that you ate too much and need to work some of that off on Friday. Decide early that this is what you should do. Don’t try to surprise me. I will come anytime you want. And Saturday we will have Open Gym and Yoga as always.

Two of our WODs this week are exercise narratives. Thanksgiving WOD, and Hunting WOD. Of course, I think the stories are cute and help make the WOD memorable. Have fun with them!
