This is the week for our 12 Days of Christmas celebration with a fun WOD. I have changed it again to make it easier to keep apart from each other and use your own “lane”. Don’t worry, it is still very singable, but I won’t be doing much of that because it is more dangerous than talking right now. And you can’t hear me under a mask anyway.

We will also be doing the dangerous “Jillian” on Friday. It’s on Friday on purpose so most of us can take two days to rest after such an intense workout. The hero workout I scheduled on Wednesday has no such luxury.
