WODs for the week 12-23-19 to 12-28-19

The year is almost over as you can tell from the panic in everyone’s schedule. It’s exactly like the time warp that happens in an AMRAP. The time starts out way too slow, then suddenly speeds up at the end just so you can’t get the round you are working on finished in the time cap. Our schedule is not so complicated. We will have regular classes for those who sign up. On Christmas Eve we will have morning classes only. On Christmas Day we will be closed all day. Next week will be just the same. New Years Eve, morning classes only and New Years Day, closed all day.

SATURDAY 12-28-19
Open Gym from 8-10 am
