MERRY CHRISTMAS! This is the last week for wods in the gym for 2017. We will not be open on Monday, Christmas Day, just in case you forgot. And we will be closed on New Year’s Day next week also. Because these weeks are short, only 4 days, we will not be doing strength wods this week or next. We do have some excellent difficult lifts to do this week so you won’t miss the strength wods too much. Some of the wods for this week are suggestions of things to prepare for the Open, which will be here before you know it. I’m hoping everyone, regardless of how long you’ve been coming to the gym, will enter the Open this year. You will find out how much progress you’ve made next year when you enter next year and see your rank go up.
