WODs for the week 2-10-20 to 2-15-20

We have a party week with so many birthdays. There are three! Melanie, David and Will. I also had a request for a chipper and one of the birthday people made a chipper up for us. I looked at it and said, um, no! We are doing the things they wanted, but not in chipper style.

It is usually a fun and low pressure competition. And now that the Open has moved to October, this competition is not an interference.

MONDAY 2-10-20
Melanie's B-day WOD: 2-2-83
5 Rounds for time:
2 Turkish Get-ups (40,30)
20 Walking Lunges
15 GHD Sit-ups
10 Evil Wheels
5 Slam Balls (25,20)

TUESDAY 2-11-20
Strength WOD: Bench Press
then:
3 Rounds of: 
7 DB Shoulder Press
5 Strict Pull-ups
for a percentage of body weight

WEDNESDAY 2-12-20
Strength WOD: Deadlift
then:
5 Rounds for time:
20 Wall Balls (20,14) to 10',9'
10 Deadlift (225,155)

THURSDAY 2-13-20
Will's B-day WOD: 2-8-98
For time:
22 KB Snatch (53,35)
then:
8 rounds of:
12 Goblet Squats
12 Push-ups
12 Sit-ups
12 KB Swings
9th round of 2 reps each
then:
22 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24,20)

FRIDAY 2-14-20
