One of the things we don’t know and can’t control is the weather. There are predictions of getting anywhere from 1-3″ of snow on several days, to getting 4″or more on Monday and then getting more on Wednesday and Thursday. It’s Missouri, we have no idea what will happen except that the stores will be crazy and run out of things! If I can get out of my driveway, I will open the gym for you. If you don’t want to try it in the snow, or want to come later in the day when roads might be more clear, let me know. I will text people that are signed up to see how they feel about travelling and decide together whether to meet at the gym. Sign up for the days of the week that you would normally come, so I know who to check with on those snowy days. If you decide not to come there are some at home adaptations of the wods this week.

Speaking of at home wods, there are going to be Rx, Scaled, Formations – (beginners), and At Home – (no equipment) categories this year for the CrossFit Open. CrossFit is trying really hard to include absolutely everyone, at every level, to be able to participate. Let’s reward their effort with all of us signing up and participating in this event. is where you go to register and add your name to our gym.
