WODs for the week 2-24-20 to 2-29-20

There are some competition opportunities available for your participation if you want to check on how you’re progressing against some friends. The Festivus Games in Sikeston at Bootheel CrossFit on April 18 is one. Then the Everyday Warrior that is an on line competition that supports CrossFitters battling cancer. We will be doing the Everyday Warrior wods in the gym anyway, you might as well do them to support someone else.
