Thank you to all of you that signed up to participate in the Open this year. And a HUGE thank you to all of those who struggled with the Judges course in order to help me out. I’m sorry the program didn’t work for you the way it was supposed to, but I’m glad you persevered. That’s the sign of a true CrossFitter!

So, for most of you the first Open WOD is done and posted. There are some that may repeat it to get a better score. On Monday the opportunity will be available if you choose to do it again. Just make sure you post a score BEFORE 7pm on Monday evening. Sometimes the traffic on the site is hard to get through, start early. No one has any idea of what the next Open WOD will be, yet. We will do it on Friday. Hopefully I haven’t programmed something too similar just before.

13 Bar over Burpees

    My birthday is next Tuesday! Here are some exercises I either love or want to continue to work on and get better on!

    Hand Stand Push Ups
    Box Jumps
    Med Ball Sit-Ups
    Slam Balls
    Running (although it will be cold so probably no on this one so ppl don’t hate me)
    Partner workouts were fun too.

    I’m easy and whatever you decide is fine!
