The main thought on many people’s mind is, “where am I on the leaderboard?” Then, “I wonder what 17.2 will be?” If you have not signed up for the Open Competition yet, you still have time! Go to games.crossfit.com to register. Then submit your score for 17.1 before 7pm, our time. If you haven’t done the WOD yet, you still have time to do it on Monday. You might not have time to recover and re-do it if you are not happy with your result. If you have already been judged but haven’t signed up yet, don’t waste that effort! See where you rank in the state, region and the world! You will be surprised with how well you’ve done, I’m positive!
As for picking out WODs for the week, my question is, “what to practice, what to avoid?” I’m going with mostly mainsite WODs and we can hope for the best.
