I am so proud of all of you that signed up for the 2016 Open Competition! We have 13 competitors out of 40 members, which is over 30%! Nice showing for our gym. I hope all of you do well this year! If any of us makes it to Regionals or to California, I say we all go! This is a good opportunity to see where you haven't been holding yourself to the standards of the movement when you are being judged. All of us, signed up or not, can hold ourselves to the standards and make wonderful improvements.

So much for using CrossFit programming before the Open, because surely they won't repeat any of those movements! This week we are going to do other stuff and take our chances. We have Leap Year Day and March Forth this week to make things more fun as we wait for 16.2.
