We are halfway through the Open now and to some it might not be feeling as exciting as it was just before we started. Now it’s feeling a little more sore! Depending on how many times you repeated your workouts, you might be tired of those movements, but we shouldn’t see them again in the competition. I can say that you won’t see them from me. But, because I don’t know what’s coming next, I just hope I don’t pick the same things as 19.4 or 19.5.
We do have some more birthday wods. Pat and Emiley chose one thing the same, Single Unders! I have to apologize for Emiley’s wod being late. Her birthday was the same day as Anjoli’s. Emiley gave me the wod she wanted to do early, and I forgot! Then she hurt her back and didn’t actually come on her birthday, so I’m saved and we are doing it this week.
