The Open is finally underway. Anyone who wants to do this workout over is welcome to try again. There is no way I am doing this one again! We will have time to judge you, then you can submit your scores before the 7pm deadline on Monday. For the rest of us there will be workouts this week that will keep us moving and still in shape without the destruction this Open wod had.
MONDAY 3-15-21 AMRAP in 15:00 10 DB Snatch-alt 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs TUESDAY 3-16-21 5 Rounds for time: 10 GHD Sit-ups 10 Banded Good Mornings 10 Thrusters (heavy) 10 Clean & Jerks WEDNESDAY 3-17-21 For time: 21-18-15-12-9 Calorie Row Wall Balls THURSDAY 3-18-21 Strength WOD: Bench Press (heavy 3x5) then: "Death by" Back Squats (135,95) or (95,65) Every minute complete the number of Back Squats required. (1 the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute...) Continue for as long as you can get the required reps in, then work for 1 more minute to get as many reps as you can that last minute.
