This week we are celebrating the end of the Open! Who is also glad that it was only 3 weeks long this year? I think there were some very good tests in this year’s WODs. If you don’t have a movement or two that you are thinking needs to be improved, you might just be a Games Athlete. I have a couple that I was glad to accomplish and more that I need some extra work on. There will be another test next year and we will see how we compare again after we work on a few of our weaknesses. This week has no Open competition WOD on Friday. Instead we will play with Easter Eggs! Happy Easter.

I am also trying something new this week. There are some people who don’t come everyday and sometimes miss the strength WODs. I am going to do one strength WOD each week, but I am going to program that on two different days. If you come both of the days that is scheduled, you may choose which day you would like to do the strength WOD. This might help some people that keep missing days that we concentrate on lifting.

"Easter Eggs"
Choose an egg from the basket, open it and perform the task, replace the egg and take a new one. Work for 20 minutes. Count how many eggs you complete for your score.

Open Gym at 8am and 9am
Yoga at 9am
