This is the week! The first Open workout 21.1 will be announced at 7pm on Thursday March 11. We will be doing whatever that workout is on Friday March 12 and maybe for some of you on March 15. After you are happy enough with your score that you don’t want to repeat the workout again, post it on the games.crossfit.com site. You also have until that Monday to sign up for the Open. It’s not too late yet! See where you compare to friends, or other people your age on the leaderboard. It is something we don’t do all the time because competitions are not good training tools. But gauging where you stack up once a year is not a bad idea.
