Good job to all those that have entered and competed in the Open so far this year. This is week two out of five. Keep up the good work. You are welcome to do the wods as they come out on Friday, Saturday and again on Monday in order to post the best results.

We now have a projector and several yoga DVDs to use for yoga sessions. I’d like to plan these sessions for Saturdays at 10 am, after Open Gym. Regardless of what you have heard from any other sources, we will have yoga on Saturdays. Let me know if you plan to come. Let me know if another time works better for you as well. As it is a DVD, I can set it up almost anytime! I’d like to see what works best for most people who are interested. It might not be as good as, having an instructor, but each session will be free!
