As I sit here trying to come up with WODs that will make us stronger, fitter, healthier, better I am munching on all the candy in the Easter basket beside me. The thought came into my head, “maybe, push the candy away”! Oh, that’s a good idea. For those of you that are planning on doing a “little extra cardio” to burn off those Easter calories, it doesn’t work that way. You cannot out exercise a bad diet! We do and should celebrate once in a while. Life is worth celebrating! But when you get back to living your normal life, control over what you put in your mouth makes more difference than anything you can do.

Since it seemed to be leg week last week, I’m trying to make sure our wods this week are a little more balanced. So far on paper it looks good. I thought about doing a 5K this week, while the weather is so nice, but I didn’t want to interfere with the Heels 2 Heal 5K that Melanie’s Zonta Club is hosting on Saturday April 27. Replace the paper in the egg and put the egg back in the basket
