No tricks this week. We all learned our lessons with not posting wods, cherry picking wods we like and being prepared to do the best we can do. I am going to keep up the running wods more often now that the weather is perfect for running! Be prepared to get better at things you might not even like!

The majority of the wods this week are the Master’s Qualifiers. Even though we don’t have anyone who qualified to go on after the Open, we can still play along. And we all want to wish Chris and Dustin good luck and have fun at their first Level 1 Cert next Saturday and Sunday!

For time:
100 KB Swings (70,53)*
*Every time you put the KB down you must Row 10 Calories at the end of the 100 Swings. Time doesn't stop until all of the calories are completed.

SATURDAY 4-30-16
Open Gym from 8 to 10 am
