Let me remind you now that the gym will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday the 28th. Many gyms have a tradition of doing “Murph” every Memorial Day. Our tradition, if we do “Murph”, is to do it on Tuesday following Memorial Day. If the weather cooperates that will be the plan this year. As always, there are acceptable scales for every WOD. Don’t just skip because you think it will be too hard!
We will be trying adaptations of the Regional WODs this week. Don’t worry, we will not have the time caps they had. Nor will we use the weights they did. But we can do the WODs “pretty much” like they did. Have fun with them. No stress for us!
