This summer has gotten off to a running start. I’m not sure things are going to slow down either. We will do what we can to keep up with fitness and friendship and be the best versions of ourselves we can be. I love that we are all in this together and are encouragers for each other. While the elite athletes vie for their positions at the CrossFit Games in Madison, we are doing versions of some of those semi-final workouts. Of course, I have once again “fixed” them, so we won’t all collapse and die.
