In between trips I asked Chrissy what she liked and when she would be back. She will be back this week, but I wrote down what she wanted and put it “somewhere”. I will ask her again, then we can celebrate when everyone is back!

Tabata Squats for least number of reps in any cycle 
Then, immediately:
4 minutes of Bar Muscle-ups
Score is Squats x Muscle-ups

SATURDAY 8-21-21
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
