As school starts for everyone this week, our schedules should go back to normal. When we figure out where we are supposed to be when, we can begin to concentrate on getting back to fitness instead of vacations. It’s always nice to have a break. Then it’s nice to settle down into our new normal. I wish continued health to everyone at work or at school.
We did learn something about breaks this last week. Wall Balls can be a nice break if the movement you are taking a break from is awful enough! Hip-Back Extensions seemed to be just the thing to make Wall Balls more fun. We finally have the birthday wod I have been promising to celebrate with Chrissy. It’s been a while coming, but we are finally ready to party.
