The schedule tomorrow will be the normal posted schedule. The rest of the week, however, will be different! Tuesday through Friday there will be a 5am class led by Laura Moll. There will be an 8am class led by Laura A. Meece. There will be no 6am or 7am classes this week or the next. The 4pm class will be available every day led by Valerie. The 5pm class will be as usual led by Renee and Brian on Wednesdays. The 6pm classes will be led by Brian on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dustin on Thursday, and maybe no one on Fridays. You will have to check with Brian and/or Dustin to see if Friday is available. I have put all of their numbers on the white board under Saturday’s workout. Be sure you let them know if anything changes with your schedule. They will only come if someone is signed up! So be sure to do that! If everyone cancels that signed up and you planned to just show up, you might be surprised to find no one there. I will be out of town without guarenteed internet or cell phone service, so don’t contact me. I may not get your message and probably won’t be able to pass it on.

The gym will be closed on Saturday 9-3-16 and Monday 9-5-16 for Labor Day weekend.

Yesterday, Laura Moll competed on a team in the Greater Gateway Games in St. Louis. Today, they finished the competition. What I saw yesterday was fun to watch! Laura, Monica and the two guys on their team did great! Next week we are doing a version of one of their wods! Hopefully they finished well today, and are celebrating as I type this.
