WODs for the week 9-14-20 to 9-19-20

This is running weather and we are going to take our opportunities to be outside whenever we can. We don’t always have to be running when we are outside. Just so you know there are some workouts ready to go that are outside doing other things. We want wods to be challenging and fun and always varied. Enjoy the fall weather. In this area you are never sure how long it will stay.

Thank you to Tim and Laura A. Meece for having birthday celebrations we can enjoy with them. At least they are not 9 rounds for time this year. They look like fun and we wish them the happiest of birthdays whether they have passed or are upcoming.

MONDAY 9-14-20
AMRAP in 20:00
400 meter Run
10 Pull-ups
10 Dips

TUESDAY 9-15-20
Strength WOD: Shoulder Press 40%,50%,60%
then:
Tim's Birthday WOD (9-5-67) 
5 Rounds for time:
9 Pull-ups
5 Box Jumps (as high as possible)
13 Toes-2-Bar
100' Farmer's Carry (1KB)*
* Change hands halfway without putting the KB down

WEDNESDAY 9-16-20
10 Rounds for time:
9 Thrusters
35 Double Unders

THURSDAY 9-17-20
Strength WOD: Deadlift 40%,50%,60%
then:
Laura A Meece's Birthday WOD (9-17-90)
3 Rounds for time:
30 Sit-ups*
9 Drive the Bus Squats
17 KB Swings
90 Single Unders
* Must get off the floor in one movement on last Sit-up.

FRIDAY 9-18-20
5 Rounds for time:
12 Deadlift
16 Wall Balls
200 meter Run

SATURDAY 9-19-20
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
Yoga at 9am
