We lived through birthday week, but not without some soreness. None of the wods looked that bad! Boy what a toll some of them took on us. We have more spaced out birthdays for the next couple of weeks. Maybe they will be ok in small doses.

We are also going to do more strength WODs. Some people have asked for more weightlifting, some have not, but we have all noticed that if you miss a strength wod one week it may be a couple months before we get to it again. That’s not a good way to get better and make any progress in your lifting abilities.
